LG Madeiras<\/span><\/b> <\/strong>delivers traceable and certified Pine and Eucalyptus wood through an integrated production chain, ensuring quality, compliance, and reliability for global markets. The company is a wood manufacturing industry located in Ituporanga, Santa Catarina. Founded in April 2007, LG Madeiras<\/span><\/b> emerged from the practical experience of its founders, who already owned Pine and Eucalyptus forests and identified the need for specialized services in forest management and wood processing.<\/p>

With managed forest areas, the opportunity to add value to the wood at its origin<\/strong> became clear, ensuring quality control, legal compliance, and full traceability from planting onward. As a result, in October 2009<\/strong>, LG Madeiras<\/span><\/b> implemented its first industrial sawmill line for Pine and Eucalyptus<\/strong>, marking the beginning of its industrial operations.<\/p>

As market requirements evolved and demand increased for higher-quality products<\/strong>, particularly for export markets, the company took another strategic step in October 2012<\/strong> by installing a new production line dedicated to export-grade lumber<\/strong>, significantly improving volume, consistency, and overall product performance.<\/p>

With the expansion of industrial capacity, it became necessary to also scale up forest harvesting operations<\/strong>. LG Madeiras<\/span><\/b> therefore invested continuously in specialized large-scale harvesting equipment<\/strong>, achieving operational autonomy to supply its own facilities and to commercialize logs for other companies within the sector<\/strong>.<\/p>

Over the years, the company has undergone continuous structuring, modernization, and professionalization<\/strong>, guided by technical rigor and a strong commitment to quality. In 2017<\/strong>, LG Madeiras<\/span><\/b> began a new investment cycle with the installation of high-capacity wood drying kilns<\/strong>, certified for KD and HT<\/strong>, and equipped with advanced software systems that ensure dimensional stability, moisture control, and phytosanitary safety<\/strong>.<\/p>

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, the company\u2019s leadership defined the next phase of strategic growth. This decision led, in 2023<\/strong>, to the implementation of a new veneer production line<\/strong>, which quickly became one of the company\u2019s core commercial products<\/strong>, serving both domestic and international markets.<\/p>
