Sawn pine
lumber.
Kiln-dried, heat-treated to ISPM-15 and cut to the sizes your line runs. For pallet, packaging and moulding manufacturers who can’t afford to stop the line for lack of wood.
Who it is for
The same wood
in every load.
LG Madeiras sawn pine lumber is produced in Ituporanga, Santa Catarina, Brazil, from planted forests, kiln-dried (KD) and heat-treated (HT) to ISPM-15, and supplied to size for pallet, packaging and moulding manufacturers in Brazil and abroad.
Anyone who buys pallet lumber knows the problem is not the price of the board. It is the load that arrives late or off-size and stops production. LG Madeiras runs the whole chain, from forest to kiln, to deliver the same wood in every load.
Pine is light, strong and easy to nail and cut. That is why it is the most widely used wood for pallets and packaging in Brazil and in export.

Drying and treatment
Monitored kiln,
recorded loads.
Drying is controlled by the EcoPower MR500, a Marrari system that reads the wood moisture in real time and adjusts the kiln on its own, with gentle drying curves that prevent warped or split boards. Every cycle is recorded and can be monitored remotely.
In 2023 our kiln was audited and approved under the heat treatment program of Timber Products Inspection (TPI), accredited by the American Lumber Standard Committee (ALSC) of the United States. We keep the same temperature, time and record controls on every load.

Frequently asked questions
Do you supply kiln-dried (KD) or heat-treated (HT) lumber?
Both. We have run our own kilns since 2017: kiln drying (KD) with controlled moisture content, and heat treatment (HT) to ISPM-15, the standard required for wood pallets and packaging in international trade.
What is ISPM-15?
It is the international phytosanitary standard for wood packaging material. In heat treatment, the core of each piece must reach 56 °C and stay there for 30 continuous minutes. This eliminates pests, and treated wood carries the IPPC mark.
How is the drying controlled?
By the EcoPower MR500 system from Marrari, which reads the wood moisture in real time and adjusts the kiln automatically, with every cycle recorded. In 2023 our kiln was audited and approved under the heat treatment program of Timber Products Inspection (TPI), accredited by the American Lumber Standard Committee (ALSC), and we keep the same temperature, time and record controls on every load.
What sizes do you produce?
We cut to the customer’s specification: thickness, width, length and moisture content are set according to the application. Send us the size and the end use through the form or WhatsApp and our sales team will reply with a proposal.
Is your sawn lumber FSC® certified?
Yes. LG Madeiras holds FSC® certification (license FSC-C215210) and the origin of every load is documented from the forest. The certificate can be checked in the public FSC database.
Do you serve both the domestic market and export?
Yes. We supply pallet and packaging manufacturers in Brazil and ship containers through the ports of Itajaí and Navegantes, with full export documents for every shipment.
What does the customer receive with each shipment?
Besides the export documents, the container dispatch report: container number, tare, seal, booking and order, with photos of the door, the interior and every layer of bundles.
Which countries do you export sawn pine lumber to?
The United States, Mexico, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, besides the Brazilian market. Shipments leave through the ports of Itajaí and Navegantes, in Santa Catarina.
Why is pine the most widely used wood for pallets?
Because it is light and strong at the same time, has a uniform texture, is easy to cut and nail, and takes kiln drying and heat treatment well. It also comes from fast-growing planted forests, which keeps supply steady.
