This policy explains which personal data LG Madeiras Ltda collects through the website lgmadeiras.com, what we use it for and what your rights are, under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law — LGPD). In case of any conflict, the Portuguese version of this policy prevails.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, company, e-mail, WhatsApp or phone, country, subject and the message you write.
• Technical data of the submission: IP address, browser, date and time, used for security and to block automated messages (spam).
• Website usage measurement: pages visited, clicks on contact buttons and general device information, through Google Analytics. Analytics cookies are only stored if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice.

We do not ask for sensitive data and we do not sell personal data.

3. What we use it for

• To reply to your message and prepare a commercial proposal, at your request (legal basis: pre-contractual steps, Art. 7, V, and consent, Art. 7, I, of the LGPD).
• To protect the website and the form against fraud and bots (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 7, IX).
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (legal basis: consent, when you accept analytics cookies).

4. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and bot verification (Turnstile).
• Resend — delivery of the e-mail with your message to our team.
• Google — website usage measurement (Google Analytics).
• Customer service tools — messages received may be organized and answered with the help of an automated assistant, supervised by the sales team.

Some of these providers store data outside Brazil. In these cases the transfer follows Art. 33 of the LGPD, with providers that adopt data protection safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Contact data is kept for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and for the period needed to meet legal obligations or defend rights. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

At any time you may request: confirmation that we process your data; access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about who we share it with; and withdrawal of consent. 7. Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics cookies only after you click “Accept”. If you decline or make no choice, the site measures usage in aggregate, without storing those cookies in your browser. Your choice is saved in your own browser and can be changed through the “Cookies” link in the footer of any page.

8. Security

The website runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), blocks unauthorized third-party scripts and protects the form against automated submissions.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
